If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re thinking about making a change.
Not necessarily a dramatic, life-altering declaration — just a quiet realization that something isn’t quite working anymore.
That’s exactly where this journey often begins.
For years, drinking was simply part of everyday life.
It wasn’t always excessive. It didn’t always look like a problem. But over time, it became something that quietly took more than it gave.
Like many people, I told myself I had it under control.
Until I realized… I didn’t.
The turning point wasn’t complicated.
I didn’t follow a strict program. I didn’t label myself. And I didn’t rely on willpower alone.
I made a simple decision:
to stop completely — and build a better life without alcohol.
That decision changed everything.
That was over 25 years ago.
And here’s something important:
I don’t miss alcohol.
Not socially. Not occasionally. Not at all.
What I gained instead was clarity, control, and a sense of consistency that I never had before.
I created Live Better Sober because I know how frustrating this process can feel.
There’s a lot of noise out there:
That’s not what helped me — and it’s not what I teach.
My approach is simple and practical.
No extremes.
No guilt.
No pressure to be perfect.
Just a clear, structured path that focuses on:
One step at a time.
Over time, I developed a structured 66-day approach to help guide that process.
Not as a rigid system — but as a realistic timeline to:
Because lasting change doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens through consistency.
This approach is also the foundation of my upcoming course, “66 Days to Break the Nightly Drinking Habit,” where I walk through the process step by step in a clear, practical way.
If you’re even thinking about changing your relationship with alcohol, that matters.
You don’t need to have all the answers right now.
You don’t need to commit to forever.
You just need to be willing to take the first step.
You can live better.
And yes — you can do it sober.
